Printer Config Receipt

IMPORTANT: Printer MAC Address Collection Survey & Oracle DCE Maintenance

We know your time is valuable, and we truly appreciate you taking a moment to help with this important update.

Action Needed: Collect Printer MAC Addresses

As we prepare for an upcoming upgrade to the online ordering system, we need to gather MAC addresses for the printers at each location.

Who This Applies To:

This only applies to customers using DCE. If a store does not have DCE, no action is needed.

How This Will Work:

  • There is a link to the survey as well as written and video instructions on how to print the Network Configuration sheet off of the DCE printer that can be found here: www.pizzawholesaleoflexington.com/dcetools
  • Click the “More Info” button to see the links to the guides as well as the survey.
  • You will need to print the network configuration sheet from the printer and upload a picture of it in the survey.

Please ensure the entire configuration sheet is in the picture you submit.

Oracle DCE Login Update

Oracle has scheduled maintenance Monday March 24th that will require users to log back into the Restaurant app once the update is complete.

Most DCE customers will be able to log back in on their own. This only applies to the customers that have issues. However, as part of the survey, you will be asked:

  • "Are they online?" – Select "Yes" if the VCP is logged in and able to access the system.
  • If you select "No", check with the VCP to see if they need assistance logging in.

If the Customer Needs Help Logging In

  • First, check where their login info is stores:
    • Most customers keep it in the Notes app on their iPad.
    • Some may have it saved in the password manager app on the iPad
    • If not, they may still have their DCE Guide they received when the Online Ordering System was installed.
  • If they can’t find their login credentials, direct them to:

Why This Matters

  • MAC address collection is essential for upgrading our online ordering system.
  • The "Are they online?" question helps track which DCE customers need login support. If no is selected, this gives the DCE team a hitlist of VCPs that we can assist getting back online.
  • Most DCE customers won’t need help logging in, but for those who do, we want to be ready.

Thank You Again

We know this will add another step to your visits, and we truly appreciate your help. Your hard work makes a huge difference, and we are grateful for everything you do.

If you have any questions or run into any issues, don’t hesitate to reach out to the DCE team!
